Eigenständige Anforderungsanalyse und Bewertung von Geschäftsprozessen bei unseren Kunden in der Immobilien-, Banken- und Versicherungsbranche
Entwicklung eigener Produktideen zur Integration von Immobilien-, Markt- und Geodaten und Dienstleistungen zur Optimierung von Bewertungsprozessen
Entwicklung eigener Produktideen zur Erschließung neuer Kundengruppen
Erstellung von Konzepten zur Umsetzung der Kundenanforderungen und Produktideen
Unterstützung der agilen Entwicklungsteams und Product Owner bei der fachlichen Umsetzung der Anforderungen unserer Kunden und der Weiterentwicklung der Produkte und Dienstleistungen

Dein Profil

Vorzugsweise ein Studium auf dem Gebiet der Wirtschafts-, Ingenieur- oder Naturwissenschaften (Mathematik, Geografie) oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Finanz-, Immobilien- oder Versicherungswirtschaft
Vorzugsweise Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse im Bereich der Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen in der Finanz-, Immobilien- oder Versicherungswirtschaft oder in der Immobilienbewertung
Eine hohe Auffassungsgabe, Bereitschaft zum Querdenken und zum Ausprobieren von neuen Ideen, sowie ein hohes Maß an Kreativität
Kaufmännisches Denken, eine selbstständige, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise, sowie ein professionelles, sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten
Sichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1), Englischkenntnisse B1 oder höher von Vorteil

What you can expect

Independent requirements analysis and evaluation of business processes for our customers in the property, banking and insurance sectors
Developing your own product ideas for integrating real estate, market and geodata and services to optimise valuation processes
Development of own product ideas to tap into new customer groups
Creation of concepts for the realisation of customer requirements and product ideas
Supporting the agile development teams and product owners in the technical implementation of our customers' requirements and the further development of products and services

Your profile

Preferably a degree in the field of economics, engineering or natural sciences (mathematics, geography) or comparable professional training in the finance, real estate or insurance industry
Preferably experience and knowledge in the field of business process analysis in the finance, real estate or insurance industry or in real estate valuation
A high level of comprehension, willingness to think outside the box and try out new ideas, as well as a high degree of creativity
Commercial thinking, an independent, team-oriented way of working, as well as a professional, confident and engaging demeanor
Confident knowledge of German (C1), knowledge of English B1 or higher an advantage
